A Message from previous owners, David and Cinnamon
Dear Valued Clients,
After 30 incredible years, I am writing to share some significant news about my journey and the future of the business we have built together. It is with a mixture of pride, gratitude, and a touch of nostalgia that I announce the sale of WestStar.
For the past three decades, working with hundreds of dental offices, it has been my absolute privilege to serve you—solving problems, innovating solutions, and growing alongside you. Whether we partnered on large projects or simple fixes, each experience has contributed to a career that I am deeply grateful for. Your trust and loyalty have been the foundation of our success, and for that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Deciding to sell was not an easy choice, but it is the right one for this stage of our lives. Both Cinnamon and I had significant health issues last year, and with the sudden loss of our son Kyle this year, we decided it was time to retire and start the next chapter of our lives. This transition marks the beginning of a new chapter for both myself, Cinnamon, and the company. I am excited to share that the new owners share my commitment to excellence, service, and innovation. I am confident they will carry the legacy we’ve built forward while introducing fresh perspectives and opportunities to better serve you.
As part of this transition, Cinnamon and I will work closely with the new owners to ensure a seamless handover. Your needs and ongoing projects remain a top priority during this time of change. We are expecting all our staff will be moving to Blue Tower so you receive the same superior service you have come to expect from our team.
While I would have loved to personally visit or call all of you, it just was not feasible. Again, I am forever grateful for the trust you instilled in my techs, Rich, Adam, Josh, and Tim, and Cinnamon and me as well. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey and for being such a vital part of mine. The memories and lessons from this experience will remain with me always.
